About this program
CallGuard is in development, so there is no product screen to show you yet — and we won't fake one. The walkthrough below shows how it will work, step by step, with the concept illustration from the CallGuard family guide.
How it will work
- People you know ring straight through — family, customers, doctors, church.
- Known scam and spam numbers are stopped before the phone ever rings.
- An unknown caller is greeted by the AI: “Who is calling, and what is this regarding?”
- You see the transcript and decide — ring it through, take a message, or block it. Your rules can decide for you.
- A caller who rings twice in five minutes, or says it's urgent, gets through — real callers are never trapped.
- 911 is never screened. Ever.
How you get it
- Towns — CallGuard screening comes standard inside the Jarvis town website & bill-pay package ($226/mo, and free while the town's bill pay stays active).
- Businesses — add CallGuard on its own: $49/mo (100 screening minutes) or $89/mo (300 minutes).
